Its a pretty good service and well priced. We used to use one-way rides but ended up paying for two-way. Now the pricing is much more reasonable as they are aggregating the demand for each way and subsidizing the cost of travel. I did notice that cabs to/from International airports tend to be cleaner/newer than intra-city ones.

This was my first time booking with hippo cabs. I was little worried as my wife and my children were traveling alone without me for the first time. But to my surprise , the driver was very professional and gentle. I will recommend to everyone out there to book ride from Hippo cab. thank you

I feel an amazing experience throughout my journey from Jaipur to Delhi with a pleasant and safe atmosphere. Driver was quite friendly so I did not get bored. And I personally feel this cab service is very punctual and customer experience matters alot for them according to my experience.

I enjoyed the Hippo taxi service Last Sunday. The taxi was clean, the driver was cooperative and most important the price was very competitive as compared to other taxi services like OLA Cab and UBER. I will like to avail this service next time also.
