Its a pretty good service and well priced. We used to use one-way rides but ended up paying for two-way. Now the pricing is much more reasonable as they are aggregating the demand for each way and subsidizing the cost of travel. I did notice that cabs to/from International airports tend to be cleaner/newer than intra-city ones.

I feel an amazing experience throughout my journey from Jaipur to Delhi with a pleasant and safe atmosphere. Driver was quite friendly so I did not get bored. And I personally feel this cab service is very punctual and customer experience matters alot for them according to my experience.

No. You can use our service fully without the need to register. You just need to provide your details at the time of booking.
7. What are the different modes of payment you support?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also support Net Banking.
8. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site? Do you store my card number and details
It is completely safe to use our site. We have partnered with Razorpay and Payumoney payment gateway. They provide a 128-bit SSL encryption technology compliant solution which is certified by VeriSign. We do not store any card details.
9. Can I book for someone else using my credit/debit card?
Yes definitely! You need to mention the card holder details for the card payment but you can enter anyone name for the cab booking.
10. What is the lead time I need to provide to get an assured cab?
Any online booking would require you to make the booking at least 4 hours prior to pick up time. If you need a cab earlier than this then please call through our helpline for booking.
